Tree Work, Drought, Watering, & Mowing
The landscape committee continues its work for our community and wants to share some information with our HOA members. The BOD approved a new ACR that is specific for TREE WORK. Sarasota County is in extreme drought and our ability to irrigate our property must follow all the county guidelines. We encourage residents to do adjunct watering by hand or with a sprinkler before 10 AM or after 6 PM.
Frequency of mowing the property will be decided by the landscape committee. You may notice at times that it is being done every other week. The decision is driven by the weather. The LMP crew has replacement work to accomplish if mowing is skipped.
