This is to notify the residents of Willowbend of the above Special Meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss topics of concern, including but not limited to the following:
1) Proper protocol to follow during Monthly Board meetings.
2) Discuss the LMP contracts, the 10-1-25 contract and why it needs to be eliminated, and how to move forward.
3) Discuss the pump irrigation situation, the costs, and various options, especially if the additional pipe isn’t available to lower the pump 60 ft.
4) Covenants Civil Suit.
5) Bidding on projects, are 3 bids required?
6) Financial discussion
- a) High level review of our money, reserves, CD, operating.
- b) Statutory vs. non-Statutory reserves, which is it?
- c) Vendor invoices should go to WB, then Sentry?
