At the recent board meeting, concerns were raised regarding the Frontier VOIP service. I want to take a moment to address these concerns and provide clarification based on information received from Frontier.
The Frontier VOIP service is separate from the Frontier TV service. VOIP relies on Frontier Internet service to operate, and this service will remain unaffected.
As an example, DirecTV Stream also relies on Frontier Internet service, which will not be impacted. Therefore, no changes to your VOIP service will occur when the Frontier TV service is disconnected.
