Good morning!
Our Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Venezia Hotel (Ramada) in Venice on the Bypass. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30. Please make plans to arrive early so that we can get everyone checked in and begin the meeting as close to 5:30 as possible. If you are not attending and you have not given your proxy to a neighbor who is attending or returned the proxy forms to Sentry I urge you to complete them before Thursday. It is too late to mail them to Sentry but you can give them to someone who will be attending or turn them in to Cheri from Sentry tomorrow. Cheri will be at the rec center tomorrow (Wednesday) from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Important – Update on the April 4th Planning Commission meeting
The meeting scheduled for April 4th has been cancelled and moved to May 2. Our attorney requested this change in order to have time to gather more information. The meeting will be held in the same location in Venice at the same time – 5:00 p.m.
Again, please mark this date change on your calendars. Continue to send you letters and emails and make plans to attend this meeting.
